Burning Sensation & Low PH?

Hi All,

I was hoping to pick your brains and get some advice...

I have posted my story on here many times. I was exposed to toxic mold and very sick for over a year. I moved out of the apartment that was making me sick March of last year and was progessively getting better until now.
I have been on an anti-candida diet for almost 2 years and started to experiment a little with new foods over the summer when I was feeling better. I still felt fine. I spent a lot of time in the sunshine and was very happy with my progress.
I started getting bad again probably around mid December. My mom came for a visit and I decided to start trying some gluten free (but not Sugar free foods) like cupcakes and cookies. It was the holidays and I missed that type of food sooo much so I thought I could splurge.

A couple weeks after eating this stuff, I started to get a dull muscle-like ache on the left side of my chest. After having it for about a week I went to the doctor to get it checked out. They did a chest ct scan to make sure I didn't have a blood clot and sent me on my way.
Right after this I started developing some upper respiratory symptoms. Green mucus/snot and swollen sinus cavities. But my problem was more of a dry sinus feeling and shortness of breath. I went to a pulmonary doctor just to check and was diagnoses with mild asthma.
About another week after this, I started developing what I thought was very severe heartburn. But it was with everything. I would literally get heartburn after drinking water. Now the problem seems to have spread. My whole body feels inflamed. I'm not really sure how to describe it. I feel as if my whole body has heartburn?

I went to the gastroenterologist a few weeks ago to get some updated bloodwork and sonogram. They found that my liver was enlarged. I also had an echo done to rule out any heart issues, but I am still waiting on those results.
My bloodwork was fairly normal, but my WBC was about a 4.6 and it is usually higher.
They tested my urine and found that my PH is a 5.0. Is this bad? Is this too acidic? Can this be the burning feeling I am feeling throughout my body? I have also had recent muscle weakness, especially in my legs. There was also a trace of blood, cloudy appearance and low amount of ketones. Not sure what all of this means. Can my body being overburdened by toxins or could it be die off because of those very few sweets I had a couple of months ago?

Just some info -
I have been on a candida diet since July of 2010.
I take a probiotic, pancreatic enzymes, multivitamin, vitamin c, vitamin d, b12 and milk thistle for my liver.
I also alternate anti-fungals when I am not feeling well. Recently it has been oregano oil and grapefruit seed extract.

If this is just continued die-off, then I would feel a little bit better but I need to know what to do to help my body deal with this better.
Is there anything else that looks suspicious here?

I am going to see a new naturopath doctor on 2.19 that I am very excited about but this burning sensation is driving me crazy and I don't know if I can wait 2 more weeks!

I have been very constipated lately and a few days can go by with nothing. When I do go, I see yeasty, clear jelly like stuff attached (sorry about all the info!) Sometimes when I urinate, I can actually see cloudy stuff dripping as well.
I have been drinking hot water with lemon lately and everytime I finish a cup, white sticky stuff starts oozing up from my throat.

Sorry about the length and all the detail!
If anybody has some advice on what might make me feel better while I wait for my doctor's appointment, it would be much appreciated!!

Thank you & God Bless.

Keri
