Not a fan of oregano oil for candida. It did nothing for my candida and caused major inflammation in my gut. I think most essential oils are designed for external use not internal use. Unless people like to burn their intestinal lining causing an abundance of mucus production. The acception might be the anti-inflammatory essential oils...maybe a drop of frankincense or lavender oil.
Have you tried candida force from Dr. Jeff? This seems to be the best approach for candida. Coconut oil seems to help a lot of people as well and is much more mild on the gut than some of these harsh anti-fungals that cause to much toxins to be released.
Undecenoic acid has cut down on about 80% of my inflammation from candida and seems to be working better than anything ive tried. And i've tried everything. I think the undecenoic acid helps to shut down the invasive enzymes that candida produces. Fungal Candida produces enzymes outside of its cell, unlike our flora that digests within its cell membrane. i think its the release of all these invasive enzymes from the "fungal" candida that can wreak havoc on our gut.
