advise on test results
hey HV, im hoping that you have some time to look at some of my blood test results and give me some advise. im female age 32. most of the results came back optimal but here is what wasnt.
my TSH came up to a normal range but still not optimal at 2.96
oral basal temp is between 97.2-97.6
free t4 were optimal at 1.25
free t3 normal but not optimal at 2.73
testosterone is normal but not optimal at 17
i could not figure out the scale of my DHEA-S at 6.3 umol/L
it says optimal range would be 150-350 mcg/dl or 1500-3500ug/l
i wonder what is going on with my folate, i got a result of 867ng/ml (1966nmol/l). the scale simply says it should be higher then 3, is 867 too high?
i found another scale on the net that was between 317-1422nmol/l which seems close to my number but still high.
i supplement 5x week with green powder and yeast flakes. my total comes to 480mcg, i should probably cut back on the yeast flakes?
i fall just low of optimal on the iron scale at 52
vit c low, not optimal at 1.09
ok on vit d and b12 (higher end of optimal scale)
lower end of scale for zinc at 11.1
any advise on how to ajust some of these levels would be greatly appreciated.
