Re: Bloated/constipated feeling straight after going to the toilet?

Hi,i find that digestive enzymes help enormously with bloating and the constipated type feeling that you often have with candida,when i haven`t been taking these enymes my bowels feel unsettled,i have bloating,and a feeling of needing to open my bowels again fairly soon after the last visit to the loo,the sensation is like i still have a full rectum even though i have just emptied my bowels as much as i can,i also now take tumeric capsules twice a day and these have also been a great help.
I have had candida type problems for the last 10 yrs or so after taking high doses of anti-biotics and especially after i unfortunatey swallowed a large Amalgam filling 10 yrs ago.
The nightmare that ensued was awful and i had chronic fatigue,an ulcerated bladder and practically every candida symptom that you can mention.Obviously 10 yrs on and i have managed to considerably lessen the candida and toxicity. I have tried so many things over the years that i could easily write a book,i am about 90% better now compared with 10 yrs ago....and now that i am also back to normal i sometimes find it hard to believe that i was once so ill and despairing.I only have to look through 5 yrs of diary entries to be reminded of the slow improvement that i made,however i have learnt so much that i realise that i made alot of mistakes over the previous years with taking and trying to do too much to try to get better.
If i were you i would to eat a fairly high protein diet, try to cut back on sugary foods and too many carbs, take a good digestive enzyme, and try the turmeric which is also anti-fungal and a good anti-oxidant.
