My diet currently consists of vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli and spinach. Kefir,Chicken, salmon and sometimes eggs although im not totally sure i can tolerate them. I still eat fruits like grapes, pineapple and papayas. I dont feel that i can handle fats like coconut oil and olive oil, they make my Acne worse so i prefer not to have them as i would prefer not to deal with even worse skin whilst trying to sort my stomach out.
I know it's not what is exactly recommended for a candida diet but i dont see giving up fruits etc is going to help me. Plus if i gave them up im going to really start running out what i can actually eat.
