Funny/strange that you should mention that about SF722; I just came to the opposite conclusion. When I found out about the gastritis, first thing that came to my mind was the SF722, b/c I had been taking it for over a year-- 15/day for 4 weeks, then a maintenance dose of at least 5/day (often higher during some stretches). So I stopped it immediately. I know it's got olive oil in it, but the handful of times it came back up on me it was definitely not mucosa-friendly/neutral-ish pH.Are you sure it isn't the case that the meal is just acting as a buffer that disperses and dilutes the SF722??
I made the big mistake recently of drinking boric acid powder in water at a dose intended for borax, which has about 1/10 the boric acid content. That made me sensitive to stuff like lemon juice/anything acidic, raw onions, fiber/salads, and especially coconut stuff - there are so many different fatty acids in coconut. But intestinal cells cycle at a rapid rate and I'm already feeling normal again, just from avoiding certain things and drinking my smoothie stuff.
Keep an eye on that undecenoic acid, I don't think its perennial use has been well studied. And if like most of us on here you've been taking lots of supps - tablets, capsules, powders, liquids - for a long time, the mucosal lining at the bottom of your stomach might be worn out.
