Removal of Gold Filling

Hello. I have health problems (specifically chronic intestinal candida overgrowth) associated with the mercury in Amalgam fillings. Within the next couple of months, I'm getting all of my six Amalgam fillings removed. I also have one gold filling. Should that be removed too? Does gold also pose a health risk? I'm asking because money is very tight. Right now I can really only afford to get all of the Amalgams removed. I have no money left to remove the gold filling. I'm interested in getting your thoughts or knowledge about this. Thanks.
