Go to the Liver Flush Support Forum and several cleansing programs are featured. H. Clark's is one of them and people find all of them effective. They all have a parasite cleanse as part of the program and, of course, Liver Flushes. I used H. Clark's method because an ND gave me one of her books years ago. It's best to either buy the book of the method you choose or go to the individual forums of these experts to understand the different steps and what they do for you.
