You could test the 'drainage remedy' by putting just a small drop or a dash of powder under your tongue. If you have no reaction go to two drops the next day and increase daily up to the full dose. I have used this method.

You could then use a much gentler parasite cleanse such as H. Clark's 3 herbs or a liquid form, Clarkia . The 18 or 20 day parasite cleanse starts with very small doses and this limits the die-off.
