New to MMS - I have a few questions

I started Miracle-Mineral-Supplement last week as part of a protocol to fight Morgellons. I started with 1 drop (activated) and increased by one drop per day. I take this at night before bed. I also tried an Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enema...the next day I had die off...I know what die off looks like, believe me and it was die off. Such a good sign, I know it was killing something so I'm encouraged. The protocol I am following is by Mel Fridman of http://www.howicuredmorgellons.com
which includes health-building supplements along with molecular silver in the morning and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at night.

Can anyone tell me what to expect as I continue to use MMS? I'm not afraid of any dangers...when you have been as sick as I have been, you are willing to take calculated risks in order to restore your health.

A little history, last year I had spinal fusion surgery and I am currently tappering off a large dose of oxycontin and other opiates for breakthrough pain, I have cut out 1/2 of my previous dose of these drugs, so I am making great progress. I still suffer a lot of back pain. I successfully fought a bad parasite infection (system-wide scattering) and now have what appears to be the beginning of a morgellons issue (I believe morgellons is a parasite's parasite, possibly complicated by some kind of mutation). Sigh.
