Re: How do you take oregano oil?

Being an olive oil base it does not mix with liquid well. The only other way I used to take it - put it in empty capsules. That way there is no taste or burning at all.

As to putting it directly into the mouth - I got used to it eventually. I have a wisdom tooth which refuses to grow, so I just rub in 2-3 drops of oregano oil in the area. That way the bacteria is killed around the tooth and gums + the bloodstream gets some oil as well! When other teeth hurt on occasion - I also rub on the gums some oil - the pain is gone! Tweet
