pneumothorax?

Hello, i'm victor from spain! 26 year old man 1,80m little bit thin :)

a few days ago the doctor diagnosed me a pneumothorax, now im better, doctor said that is not necessary surgery, i'd like to know what can be the cause, and if there are any natural remedies? I've searched on the net but didn't find, maybe there aren't?
