Now i'm taking msm, silica and amla for vitamin C, also doing breathing exercises
Looks like you are already on the right track. Berries are also a great source of vitamin C as are kiwis and papaya. For silica nettle leaf, oats or oatstraw and seaweeds are all excellent sources.
also i found something about chinese medicine seems interesting but very difficult to find here this herbs

A better choice for an easy to obtain herb would be gotu kola, which helps to stimulate collagen and elastin formation.
Hello, i'm victor from spain! 26 year old man 1,80m little bit thin :)
a few days ago the doctor diagnosed me a pneumothorax, now im better, doctor said that is not necessary surgery, i'd like to know what can be the cause, and if there are any natural remedies? I've searched on the net but didn't find, maybe there aren't?
Pneumothorax is often spontaneous caused from weak spots in the lung wall. It can also develop as a result of lung infections, lung diseases, connective tissue disorders or trauma.
Without more details such as as if you have any lung disorders or diseases that may have contributed to this it is hard to give you too much information. But in general I recommend strengthening the lung tissue with supplementation of vitamin C and silica primarily.
i'm pretty better now, the doctor did me a radiography and we saw what you are talking about (the spots in the lung)
Glad to hear you are doing better.
i had quit smoking a week ago before that happened, i did not tell that to the doctor until now, he said me that's not good for lungs of course and maybe have caused that spots
Your doctor is right, smoking can contribute to these weak spots. The reason is that the lungs are also dependent on the structural proteins collagen and elastin for strength and elasticity. These proteins depend not only on the presence of silica, but also vitamin C. The adrenals get priority of vitamin C over the entire rest of the body followed by the retina, then the brain, etc. The lower on the priority list a tissue it is the more likely it is to become weakened as the adrenals are taxed since the adrenals use up even more of the body's available vitamin C. Smoking puts a lot of stress on the adrenals significantly dropping levels of vitamin C available to many of the tissues in the body. This causes these tissues to weaken from the loss of collagen and elastin.
Now i just remembered one that a girl who knew about macrobiotic food told me than milk was not good for lungs, is it possible?
No. She is likely basing this on the myth that milk causes mucus in the lungs, which it does not. Milk merely calcifies existing mucus:

i don't see any sense on that :P
You are right, there is nothing about milk that would cause this.
abother question, if i take amla powder can i make my own capsules?
Yes. If using size 'OO' capsules then two of them should equal roughly a half a teaspoon.
its a little bit strong the taste... hehe, i want to know if the benefits will be same as in powder and water
Yes, it is an 'interesting' taste. You will get the same benefits though from the powder or capsules.
i love your explanations!
thank you very much :)
Your welcome.
