Couple of Questions re: AF and Iron/Copper/Zinc

I've got to say, that after my positive experiences with Iodine on occassions, I am now realising that my 'brain foggy' days far outweigh my good days.

I take 120mg Iodine from Lugols per day, 400mg selenomethionine, B complex, 5000ui D3, 3000mg vit C, salt in water, 1/4 tsp borax.

I work out (weights) and eat 2500cals p/d (fats, unrefined carbs and protein). I have cut caffeine out of my life this week. Generally eat whole foods (meat, rice, oats etc) and lots of greens (spinach, broccoli, green beans)

Symptoms:

- feel I can't properly communicate with people/hold decent relationships (this has been a problem for a while - but I have had great days on Iodine where I feel like a real person). Don't feel I have anything interesting to say to people. Even with girlfriends I feel I have not connected.
- heavy eyes - feel tired.
- memory seems to have deteriorated.
- If I don't have work in the am, I can sleep for 10hours and still not feel refreshed.
- I'm 23 and have recession of my hair at temples, pale skin (people say I look tired).
- Just feel I'm not having fun in life atm - faking happiness and laughter, no motivation to progress at work (I'm self employed) - even around family and my best mates.

+ Is there anything I can try to support my adrenals? Maybe too much iodine too soon, and I cannot support my adrenals?

+ Been reading up on iron, copper and zinc. I'm not sure I get enough of this - and definitely don't supp with it. Anyone supp with this? I'm going to introduce live into my diet.

+ Also, does the timing of supps in relation to iodine intake make a difference to effectiveness of fluoride/bromide excretion

Sorry for the rant, but iodine has given me some great days - where I feel buzzing and normal again and communicate great with people! Just feeling like I'm starting to lose this battle (in my current mindset that is, I could feel okay tomorrow) [not the war though :-) ]
