I'm getting a little concerned about being so under weight. I thought Iodine was to help keep weight on but I suppose only if your getting proper nourishment. I'm going to go strict veggies and grass fed meats for a while see if I can pudge up. I'm slightly malnourished which is why I take so many supplements and i'm trying to get the supplement use down to the minimum.
So if anyone has any ideas of good recipes with no nightshades, no gluten, no dairy, would love to hear your ideas because I'm starving. =)
