Bromine in flour

OK, I was looking at the ingredient list for Great Value All Purpose Flour -- Bleached, enriched & pre-sifted. They do not list bromine as an ingredient, but this is about the junkiest flour I've ever seen, so why would they not put bromine in it? Could they put bromine in and not put it on the list of ingredients? How can you tell if flour has bromine in it? Tweet
