Re: Is a cheap juicer better than none?

I have a Jack Lalane Elite juicer I paid about $75 for. It works ok but a bit fussy at times getting everything put back together. It won't run unless you have all the parts fitting just so. I guess a safety measure but a bit annoying at times. Having said that I am still glad I bought it as I have saved a lot of money on fresh juice, so far mostly carrot, apple, celery, ginger. It works ok and I would not have bought a $200+ machine to start with because I wasn't sure how dedicated I was going to be to juicing. If it breaks at some point I may go for one of the higher end models as I have found I really enjoy the benefits of juicing and the taste as well.
