I don't see anything that would make me think it's candida. It could be mucous strings or tissue. Sometimes people will pass tissues as a part of their healing process. Finding parasites is not an easy thing to do, so if you tested for them, treat them. Have you used anything for that?
Treating the candida to bring overall balance to the intestinal tract is important. I wouldn't recommend drugs for that. Pancreatic insufficiency can be due to low HCL levels in the stomach. That would lead to increased risk of parasites and other flora imbalances. Some bacterial infections can cause chronic diarrhea, but I usually address parasites first with Agrisept-L and Morinda Supreme.
