He mentioned cayenne and ginger as very important and talks about them and doses etc. He speaks of some successful case histories of brain injury that reversed.  He also mentioned hot and cold showers to the herbs and brain oxygen increasing herbs. Also I know when they did ear surgery on me they cut a nerve and I lost the taste buds in half my mouth (the ones on that side) but I no longer notice this..ei ther the nerve regenerated or the other side took over. I feel for him. I think you should also add gota kola which in studies with rats has regenerated nerves and they are now doing a study to see if it reverses neuropathy in diabetics be sure it is an organic tincture and take at least 5 or 6 times a day.
