HELP - BRAIN INJURY caused loss sense of smell and tast and epilepsy

Can someone be an angel and show me the right direction, my good friend had a serious brain injury from an accident. He loss his sense of smell and taste and also has seizures from time to time. I know deep down this can be recovered. Can someone show me the right direction to get these things restored from his brain injury? Tweet
