yes you can give it to them but be sure to give a child size dose..this is done by their weight

The adult dose is one heaping teaspoon 6 times a day (it was initially listed as 5 times a day) with 8 oz of juice

this was designed for a person weighing 150 pounds so let us say your child weighs 50 pounds..that means you would take his weight (50) over the adult dose weight (150) so 50/150 which reduces down to a fraction of 1/3rd.

so that size kid would take 1/3 a heaping teaspoon 6 times a day.

Since this formula contains activated charcoal you do not want to take it with anything you want the child to absorb be it a medication, a food, or an herb so do not take it near the time you use those.


Superfood is usually given once or twice a day so just take it an hour or so later and at other times of the day that are not mealtime or vitamin/medicine times.

IF#3  really is like an intestinal #1 for kids so it is a good idea to give them the IF#2 as well in my opinion

Do not start it for a week or two until your child is having a bowel movement for each meal they eat that is light and not sinking and voluminous. Be sure they are eating a natural food diet with a lot of fiber.

I think more people use the Dr Schulze support forum for questions like this or maybe you did.  I saw it in the Dr schulze miracle forum but it appear now it was cross posted so not sure of a better place to ask this other than his site at the blog.
