Can I give Intestinal Formula #2 to my kids?

I am wondering if I can give Intestinal Formula #2 to my kids along with #3?

Also.....since it is an intestinal vaccuum, how do I take (or give) it along with Superfood? Do I need to take the Superfood an hour inbetween doses or something?

Any input would be appreciated, or if you don't know the answer, can you suggest a better forum to ask this question?
