after a teaspoon of cayenne i had some burning/irritation and blood in stool. i am not concerned because it obviously came from near the rectum, just curious if anyone has experienced similar.

i read that parasites are the cause of hemorroids. i never had hemorroids, but it seems like this blood was sort of similar?

maybe i should push on with it?
