I posted the Darryl Freck audios below. In one of first two recordings, I believe Darryl outlines what has to happen... Basically, the de facto Federal Corporate government, like we have talked about in our PMs, is running on momentum only. As soon as the de facto Corporation falls down, the de jure government will receive the funds that are already in place. Just waiting for the Octopus to finally die.
