I just wish Darryl Freck had given the info about where to find out about the Congress making a pledge to the UN instead of the Constitution.

He said it was in that (highly classified) Bank Act of 1989(?) that was given to him (Darryl Freck) to  be able to make a copy of by the mystery man. After Slessinger saw what it was, he remarked that this was top secret information & he knew of no other copies of it had existed, and he knew that the man could only have gotten a hold of this document  was by stealing it off the desk of President Jimmy Carter.

There are some very good clues as to what has happened, and is happening, behind the scenes, in this Darryl Freck story for sure.
