I avoided table salt for yrs because of high blood pressure. Those yrs coincided with the worst of my candida even though I had no clue about candida infection at the time. However, I should stipulate that I got plenty of crap salt from eating chips etc. and still do to this day. My bad, I know, but no deserts incl ice cream which was a religious experience for me.
I no longer have high blood pressure. I eat/drink plenty of Sea Salt daily but I do not attribute normalized pressure solely to Sea Salt .
