Also, that same link, although it seems to have some good ideas, is wrong in that is says Nystatin harms the person taking it - it doesn't, it isn't even absorbed out of the digestive tract. That's actually one of its downfalls, that it is NOT absorbed into the rest of the body and thus cannot cure an imbedded infection. The only nystatin that has ever harmed anyone is the intravenous form (it doesn't do well in your blood), and the oral kind that has Sugar added (why some oral forms add Sugar anyway, I have no idea).
