hi indiana, i actually was eating those foods and feeling 80 percent better after my copper detox....but i think for me i have a tendancy to be high histamines, biounavailable copper and probably have my whole life so i'll just need to watch my diet in moderation and take the supplements...i was injesting massive amounts of those foods...like 8 ounces of saurkraut a day and eating a half jar of pickles....it wasn't until i added the high dose b12 and folic acid that the symptoms went thru the roof and i started itching....that's how i put all the pieces together.....trial and error....sometimes it's painful;)
