Update on low histamine protocol

Hi all, as some of you may know I was 80 percent improved and literally poisoned myself with tons of high histamine foods that I thought were "healthy" like saurkraught, pickles, cheese etc. and added b12 and folic acid to disastrous results. After 5 days my symptoms came flooding back, panic, heavy limbs, uncoordinated, balance issues, noise sensitive, fatigue, pressure in head, burning and prickling sensations and derealization. I also am a very creative person but get almost a manic creativity when the histamines rise... I figured out quickly the histamine connection and stopped the foods and supplements. But that wasn't enough....3 weeks ago I started a Low Histamine Diet of only fresh meats( no leftovers as meat histamines rise with age) all veg except tomatoes and eggplant, no dairy or egg whites and only corn for grains, no bread at all since yeast and wheat both contain massive amounts of histamines. I also started methionne which adds a methyl ring to histamne and breaks it down by raising methylation, high dose vit C which lowers blood histamines, lots of magnesium malate to stabalize mast cells which release histamine, and p5p form of b6 for manufacturing the enzyme DAO which breaks down histamine and rhe digestive enzyme amylase which does the same, in addition to my low copper regiment. I can now say I'm back to where I was before the wrong turn.....and though it was a wrong turn and I suffered....alot! It also showed me my final link to wellness. The body also releases cortisol and adrenaline in massive amounts to lower Histamines which leads to so called "adrenal fatigue" IMHO. Also heat, dehydration and low sodium make the body release histamnes. It releases them in response to any form f stress to the body and physical or mental....this is backed up by clinical data by alopathic medicine...it is also released with orgasm which may explain worsening of AF post sex;)
The lnk is, biounavailable or low serum copper let's histamines rise....histamne s actually a neurotransmitter and they are started to link it to a host of things including autism. On the flip side high serum copper is usually involved in low histamines which is a totally different regiment.
Hope this helps someone!
