I would start by flushing my intestines, large and small then go into liver flushing.

Large intestines first with a 3 day juice fast with at least one large soapsuds enema every day. Then salt water flushes to cleanse the small intestines for at least two days. These can be done during the 3 day juice fast.

When you are done with these you can go on doing coffee enemas with stone softening  protocol for at least one week; Then do a olive oil / grapefruit juice liver flush.

You can do daily coffee enemas for a long time. Say, my guess, 5 to 10 years!
