Re: Cleaning bed

I used a bed bug encasement for my mattress, protectabed. It is treated on one side ( so nothing penetrates ) and stretch polyester. I used to lint roll it when I changed the sheets but never got to many fibers on it. They did not seem to get inside it either. It is pretty comfortable. Try washing the sheets with a lot of vinegar. I have been having lots of luck with miracle 2 soap ( it is green I think they leave with it who knows ) and vinegar. I read that acetic acid ( vinegar ) kills agrobacterium so I started using it again. It needs to be 33% to kill it accroding to the cornell study but I use vinegar ( 5%) anyway because it does make a difference. It takes a few washes and as i said i use a lot in with the soap.
