Try Borax water in a spray bottle to clean your mattress and use borax along with your detergent when doing laundry. I found the greatest relief when I started using it. I use it in the bath and sometimes put a pinch in my drink. It's a potent anti-fungal and it's only about as toxic as table salt ! For more info check here:
