I am new to the SC Diet. Previously I used these things as "fillers" (rice, noodles, potatoes, breads, corn breads, etc.). By "filler" I mean inexpensive, easy to add to meal, and fills your gut and therefore a good addition to most meals. I don't see anything like that on the SC Diet. Almond flour replaces wheat flour, but it is not cheap. Other SC foods that might fill the gut need more preparation. Does anyone have a good SC-legal filler?
