Re: That is how they make lotions and cream - interesting

the white stuff is the food particles and toxins circulating in the blood. it is the stuff that clogs the limph, the stuff that we fast to get rid of, the stuff that the sitz bath helps move down and out. i person with a flished liver, fasted and on a mucousless diet would not get much white at all. i have had clean blood and not gotten much change at all after a long time and i have filled a pull after ingesting dairy.

i like the oil pull. it seems as safe and natural as one can get. it is noninvasive and nontoxic and it works. i am still playing witht he protocol. if you have good plant minerals from a raw meal circulating in your blood, you probably wouldnt want to do it then. if you have eaten a bunch of wrong, cooked food such as today, it might be good to do it till the pull is clear.

one thing for sure, it is not emulsification. that occurs, but the white stuff will precipitate out if you let it sit in a glass for a while. try it. it is dead food from your blood and tissue.

also, i like to brush my mouth and tongue with oregano oil to get all of the surface gunk out and the juices flowing. it also cuts down on the bacteria. i also think this is a good way to end the day, brushing before and after, having the stomach empty, and then a plant oil nightcap before beddy-bye. it is your clean blood which heals you, and night time is when this occurs most.
