Have you found any answers? Here is my issue as well, been through all the workup, did replacing vitamin D first which revealed me to have normocalcemic hyperparathyroidism, just felt like crap overall, had about every symptom on Norman's website also. I had surgery 1 year ago, Dr Norman removed 3 of my 4, hyperplasia of the 3 glands. So now my major issue is now I only have 1 gland left(that we know of) and my PTH has been elevated twice since surgery and all my symptoms are back just as bad as they were prior to surgery, I am now getting response from my Endocrinologist and Primary physician to go to Mayo, I would really look into every avenue of before you have a surgery. And I am not saying don't listen to Dr Norman he is very knowledgeable in this disease, I just wish sometimes I didn't jump into surgery so fast even though I felt like utter CRAP, good luck and I hope you feel well soon Tweet
