I have made scd (24 hr fermented) yogurt with the raw milk, good stuff. Like newport has mentioned before, all the store bought stuff now tastes like Sugar pudding. Sometimes i mix half store bought with half scd, best of both worlds.
My local grocer offers raw cheese so i haven't bothered to make any.
I randomly just came across this video, call it synchronicity if you will. Maybe the reason why some foods work well with one person and not the next. Perhaps the common phrase "Seeing is believeing" would be better suited, "Believeing is seeing". Don't underestimate the power of thought.
