need advice about chelation

Well I finally got the courage to do the heavy metal challenge urine test the doctor reccommended. I used 500mg of chemet and excreted my urine for 6 hours. The results were that I was high in lead but not mercury. MY hair test showed I was high in aluminum. I have had all my Amalgams removed, although I have 4 root canals and 3 dental implants. I started to take modifilan this week. I am afraid to take DMSA because of yeast flare ups. I don't know what to do - my doctor wants me to work on my digestion and give me a mild chelator like moss? I don't sleep well and often wake up in the middle of the night. Any suggestions?
