Like lolite said, you could try eliminating all wheat products for a minimum of 2 weeks to see if your digestive issues improve, including sinuses and phlegm. Any hidden wheat too, cause you want to make sure and be sure that wheat is not the cause of your problems.
I've also eliminated dairy, unless it's organic and/or pastured (not pasteurized) only in small quantities infrequently.
Try finding real-cage-free pastured eggs where the chickens get to eat whatever they want, not commercial or some vegeterian feed.
I'm not a fan of hemp milk, doesn't taste right to me and the omega fat profile is off. Currently drinking coconut milk without added sugars. Rice milk is carb-heavy tho.
