Hi everyone
I'm 23 years old, about 112pounds, about 5'5. i do have digestive issues like gas, bloating, burping, everytime i eat anything. also sometimes i get acid reflux but ACV or baking soda help control that when necessary. sinus infections, excess phglem.
i really need to gain weight, its making me insecure because my cute chubby cheeks have gotten smaller in the last couple years since i eliminated all dairy, soy, mostly all white flour/sugar. i dont digest starchy foods well so now i take digestive enyzmes.
the main carbs i eat are white basmati rice, whole grain bread. my protein is mainly meat, chicken breast, lamb, eggs, organic hemp milk/protein.
i drink coconut milk sometimes. but i cannot stand the taste of coconut oil. i took 3 tbsp and got so nauseaous i threw up 2 times. the smell even makes me sick. im okay with drinking olive oil though. i started drinking store bought pure carrot juice.
i do plan on doing liver flushes, a complete colon cleanse,
kidney cleanse etc.. but in the meantime i need to gain some weight.
maybe im not eating enough carbs thats my problem or calories. how much calories should i eat? carbs? protein? i hope to gain 1 pound or more a week.
