Ruptered and bulging neck discs

I've another conundrum I'd like some input. I use to water ski extensively and probably quite recklessly many times. As a result I have two bulging and one ruptured disc in my neck.

I have ongoing headaches and blurred vision which are a direct a result of this issue. Numbness down my arms etc. Well after listening to the Flechas you tube video I got to thinking about this as he said if there is spinal issues they need to be corrected. Okay so that tells me Iodine can't help my discs.....I'm sure it's very supportive but not going to correct it.

So outside of having surgery I'm not sure what other options I have. I looked at some various treatments available but it seems they would cost an arm and a leg.

I have been under chiro care for many many years but the issue has gotten worse instead of better. My insurance co pay has gone up quite a bit so to go to the chiro as regularly as I use to is not happening. I do have a traction unit I got from the dr about five years ago to stretch out the neck that seems to help but you know you can't do this stuff all the time and I'm really wanting to correct this issue.

Does anyone have any input or have had experience with this? The problem with them being in the neck is they affect everything above the shoulders esp. when the nerves get pinched. I took a tumble on the ice last night, wasn't expecting ice it's so warm here and it looked like wet cement...anyhow, my neck is sore trouble and I'm pinched today so it's first and foremost on my mind how to correct this permanently - outside of giving up skiing which I did..and not slipping on ice. =P
