Magic Mood Swinging Loogies? and spontaneous liver dumps?

Ha!!

on monday nite I coughed up two gross loogies
almost took a photo...
bright yellow and pale yellow, almost striped....very weird..

could be coincidence, but I seem to be in a better mood ever since....
symptoms are still about the same, not so good.

I am just about two years into the Iodine path.

My parents both smoked growing up and I had bronchitis a number of times, 3x in one month when I was about two. The doctor thought I might have cystic fibrosis.....scared the heck out of my folks......

I just keep plugging away......

my Gallbladder is talking quite a bit too...pressure
and I have had several spontaeous??? Diarrhea episodes for no apparent reason, except one of them there seemed to be soft gallstones? floating in the pot
body cleansing itself?
anyone else have random liver dumps along the way?

I am on the extended Iodine plan......it has taken two years just to get to the point where my liver is at the beginning of just starting to work on its own.
I have my fingers crossed on that statement
