Ha!!
on monday nite I coughed up two gross loogies
almost took a photo...
bright yellow and pale yellow, almost striped....very weird..
could be coincidence, but I seem to be in a better mood ever since....
symptoms are still about the same, not so good.
I am just about two years into the Iodine path.
My parents both smoked growing up and I had bronchitis a number of times, 3x in one month when I was about two. The doctor thought I might have cystic fibrosis.....scared the heck out of my folks......
I just keep plugging away......
my Gallbladder is talking quite a bit too...pressure
and I have had several spontaeous??? Diarrhea episodes for no apparent reason, except one of them there seemed to be soft gallstones? floating in the pot
body cleansing itself?
anyone else have random liver dumps along the way?
I am on the extended Iodine plan......it has taken two years just to get to the point where my liver is at the beginning of just starting to work on its own.
I have my fingers crossed on that statement

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,897,101youre a real testament both to your own courage and to iodine. no matter how good or bad the body is working, Iodine makes everything work better. stuff that is good for you will be better for you. stuff that is bad for you will be less harmful than before. hormones get balanced, heavy metals come out, systems and organs repair, wounds heal with less scarring, subclinical infections become cleared out - all better and faster with iodine. the people i know who work out say they can bulk up faster, train longer, higher weights, more reps - everything.

Physically, I am lower in the past two years.
Teeth are chipping, memory worse, vision worse, body getting beat up easier from dancing, get one to two days of adrenal fatigue after ejaculation
I am still holding out for turning the corner

I think you were on hydrocortisone and finally were able to get off of it? I know that needing HC would be a consequence, not a source of your real trouble. But are you sliding backwards without it, if indeed you're not on it?

I just hate the thought of getting back on it
but that is mostly fear talking.

I had a weird experience a couple of months back. About 3 months into my Iodine experience. A very runny stool, and lots of it. It was a strange colour, had a strange smell, nothing like I had passed ever before. I felt so empty after and it was if it had come from deep, like the colon or somewhere. Hard to explain, but I definitely put it down to iodine.
On a side note, I had just started intermittent fasting. Means I only eat between 12 noon and 8pm roughly. I feel since I have started that, the Iodine has worked even better, with no food interruption for 6 hours from when I take my 100mg.
