Yup I need cut out Sugar now as well.
I ended my fast today after 2.5 days, felt like a bit of a headache might be coming on. Might start another one in a few days time.
Well done for keeping this forum alive while I've been busy.

How many people do you think dry fast worldwide outside of Russia? probably less than 20 I think, if these forums are anything to go by.
