It seems like it died when I started posting here. Oh well, I have to post here because Dry Fasting is where it's at.
Since the New Year is upon us, what better time is there to do some Fasting?

I hope you haven't killed it.
I've been very busy since my last fast in August, but I started another one on New Years Day, what a great way to start the new year!
So I'm on day 3, not much to report, just some pains in I think my lymph node in my groin, and some old bone fractures healing a bit.

This is the year for me to get on track. My New Years resolution was to give up the three 'white plagues'....Sugar, Salt, White Flour....also Caffeine, and Aspirin. So far I have been 'right on'.

Yup I need cut out Sugar now as well.
I ended my fast today after 2.5 days, felt like a bit of a headache might be coming on. Might start another one in a few days time.
Well done for keeping this forum alive while I've been busy.
How many people do you think dry fast worldwide outside of Russia? probably less than 20 I think, if these forums are anything to go by.- Re: Have I killed this Forum? lucidmind

This is a reply to # 1,896,220So I might be one of them. But recentely I found myself hard to dry fast. I easily break it because I must stay active during the day, makes you weaker mentally.
Anyways...I'm going to eat and drink enough now for another dry fast. I hope this time It'll be a refreshing one.
Wheatgrass you haven't killed anything here :) but otherwise You're the one making the forum alive.
