Remedy for a knife given as a "gift"

For a while I have been trying to loosen bonds with a person in the hope that the relationship would fizzle out basically by declining invitations . Only for this individual turning up unexpectedly on Christmas day and rushing off before I had time to open the gift which was a knife. The manner of her behaviour was distinctly cold and without a doubt was given in malice. I can say that I have had sleepless nights since and am exhausted. I can't breath like fishout of water pulling air and as such keeps me awake. I feel out of sorts naturally but is the remedy of giving her a silver coin going to be enough. I'm happy about the severence but the I'll intention behind it I feel is far reaching and don't know how to deal with it. Can anyone advice a solution the feng shui forum doesn't seem to be active. More alarming only googling it up I discovered this act invites "killing breath" . together with that I'm tangibly feeling as though Forceps pinching on the right side of my waist and a pain under my right rib cage at the back on and off .This maybe inconsequential?
