Advice Please

I have been dealing with hemroids since 2002. I did have a hemroidectomy but still developed more afterwards. They have been manageable since then until this week. I have had an extreme flair up and was not able to put it back in all day until the evening time. I did go to the Dr in the am but since I was able to put it back in and with being NYE weekend what am I to do? I am on stool softeners & a fiber intake plus do have some creams.

I guess my question is will the swelling of this hemroid go down or should I call a spec? I did finally have a bowel movement & it came right out but was able to put it back in. Still very painful thought. Tweet
