Low fat diet progress - my conclusion
Earlier this month I was doing a very low fat diet to see what, if any, effect it had on my candida symptoms. The original thread to see what foods I ate/didn't eat during that experiment is here:

It did NOT use fruit like some people do when on a very low fat diet. It did use starches.
Well my conclusion is that only one symptom disappeared during that diet, and that could have been a coincidence: a sore area I'd had inside my mouth for weeks before doing that experimental diet disappeared while on the diet. I was on strict nonfat for 3 days, then on very low fat for an additional 4 days. All my other symptoms remained unchanged.
So for me, it's not the answer.
However, a good result is that I now THINK about how much fat at each meal will truly make me feel the best whereas before that diet experiment I tended to just pile on fat willy-nilly without thinking about whether that quantity was a bit too much and may make me feed tired after that meal.
I used to go overboard on butter for example, now I just have a moderate amount and find that my energy is a little more level through the day. I'm too thin, but piling on the fatty food just isn't helpful for me to try to gain weight, and tended to sap some of my energy.
