Hey just wanted to give you guys an update...

The severity started about 10 hours after taking the 30mg Lugol's (at night before bed). By the time I realized that I should have salt pushed, it was too late... the next 12 hours were full of miserable vomiting.

I have Lipomas (fatty tumors) and Dermatographism (skin writing) as well as asthma. I'm starting to think that perhaps these first two conditions may have something to do with bromide, since they are both "unexplained" by the medical doctors. Next time I will pre and post dose with vitamin c/flush and take my brazil nuts.
