I'm sorry, but that's an impossible question to answer. To decide which herb a person needs, a practitioner has to determine what condition exists that needs attention.
For instance, is your liver hot? Then you need cooling herbs that will drain excess heat.
Is it cold? Then you need herbs that will increase heat or "yang."
Is it dry, constrained, or weak? Then you need Yin, Rectifying herbs or herbs that will raise the Qi (life force)
Or sometimes a person needs nothing more than a short 2-4 week regimen of stimulating, bile-producing herbs.
