I get a feeling that all their tests are just to satisfy some numbers they have to meet so they can keep their operations running and also so they can charge for the tests executed and make money - I feel none of it is really to help people, they became in a way obsolete obstacle in their "health care system" that just creates more and more sick people

because how come there is so many people out everywhere very badly sick and nobody cares? doctors are directed just to drug them and do not care about the well-being of the patients (they struggle very likely themselves...)
